1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale apply to all services offered by Lorenna Martin Photography & Video, a sole proprietorship (micro-enterprise).

Any order or quote approval implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The services offered include, but are not limited to: photography, video recording, video creation, video editing, color grading, photo retouching, and photo sales.

The precise scope of the service is defined in the quote accepted by the client.

3. Quotes and Orders

All services are subject to a written quote specifying the nature of the services, deadlines, and price.
The order is considered firm and final upon receipt of the signed quote (or written confirmation by email).

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are expressed in euros (€).

VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Payment terms are specified on the quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

Deposit possible upon ordering
Balance payable upon delivery

Any late payment may incur penalties in accordance with applicable law.

5. Cancellation and Postponement

Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit paid remains due
Any service commenced is due in full

The publisher reserves the right to postpone a service in the event of force majeure.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

A reasonable delay will not give rise to cancellation or compensation.

Delivery will be made in the format defined in the quote (digital files, online gallery, etc.).

7. Liability

The publisher’s liability is limited to the amount of the invoiced service.

The publisher will not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, copyright remains the property of the publisher.
The terms of transfer of rights are defined in the quote or specific contract.

9. Personal Data

Customer data is used solely within the context of the business relationship and is never transferred to third parties.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
